Don't be fooled, there's more to web browsers than Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer, and we're not precisely talking about Safari, Opera or Edge, but Dillo, an ideal web browser for nostalgic Internet users that still miss the times of exploring with Netscape.

An interface that leaves much to be desired.

Don't expect a speedy browser or a modern interface following the Material Design guidelines, but a humble browser, with which it will probably be hard to visit any of your favorite webs, such as our beloved Malavida.

Lightweight and multiplatform browser

Among its very few noteworthy functions, we liked the possibility to visit webs without loading images, possibly a function implemented by its developers aware of the technical limitations of Dillo Browser, and the possibility to view how much each page weighs. Apart from the latter, Dillo boasts about being a multiplatform browser that hardly uses up any resources (thank God for that), written in C and C++ and friendly both for users and developers.
